Turmeric, roasted – 2 cm

Manufacturing steps:


The first step you have to boil the chicken for 5 minutes until all the dirt and blood from the chicken comes out. Discard the water used for cooking, then wash the chicken again until clean.

The next step is to put 2 liters of water in the pot. Then boil the chicken with bay leaves, lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass, galangal, and also salt. Cook until the chicken is tender. Remove the chicken and drain. Set aside the broth used for cooking.

Next you have to fry the chicken until browned or cooked. Lift and drain. Shred the meat.

The fourth step you heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant. At the same time, you reheat the pot of chicken stock. Put the stir-fried spices into the pot containing the broth, then stir well.

Finally, you add the sugar, stir well, then continue cooking until it boils. Taste correction. Turn off the fire.
